College of Menominee Nation

The College of Menominee Nation (CMN) is one of two tribal colleges in Wisconsin. The College’s flagship campus is in the community of Keshena, on the Menominee Reservation, the ancient homeland of the Menominee People. Degree programs, research, and student activities are committed to addressing contemporary problems through modern science and methodologies that are informed by ancient knowledge. This is most evident in CMN’s commitment to sustainable development concepts and practices. CMN welcomes non-Indian students and celebrates a diverse student population. Our church is located on the traditional lands of the Menominee and Ho Chunk nations. In acknowledgement of their stewardship of the land, we support a scholarship at CMN for Tribal members and descendants. Twice a year we announce a collection for the scholarship funds.
