Repair Fair

The Isaiah Project Community Partnerships Team is excited to remind you about the upcoming Repair Fair Event happening in our Fellowship Hall Saturday, May 30, 9:00AM-12:00PM. We will have 11 types of “repair” happening that morning including the following:
- Small Appliance Repair
- Acoustic Guitar Restringing and Cleaning
- Computer/IT Assistance
- Basic Sewing and Mending Work
- Stuffed Animal Repair
- Kitchen Knife Sharpening
- Bicycle Repairs
- Furniture Repair/Small Carpentry Work
- Costume Jewelry Repair
- Basic Spanish Translation Services
Please bring your items as a way to join a grassroots movement that aims to reduce waste, promote sustainability, decrease overconsumption and our volunteer “fixers” have knowledge and skills to share which encourage a “do-it-together” and “do-it-yourself” spirit! We will also have coffee and pastries along with places to “hang out” and socialize while your items are being repaired, and we will have a children’s table with activities as well.
