Renae moved to the Appleton area with her husband in the summer of 2024 right after getting married. She is originally from Lindstrom, Minnesota which is about 45 minutes northeast of Minneapolis. Graduating in 2023 from Winona State University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education with an Emphasis in Early Childhood along with a music minor, Renae took a job afterwards as a 4th grade teacher in Tomah, WI. She was raised in a Christian home and has enjoyed volunteering at church in children’s ministry and in worship through piano while growing up and all the way through college. Now she has been working part-time for First Congregational since August 2024, along with substitute teaching in the Kimberly Area School District, and teaching beginner/intermediate piano lessons and has been loving every moment of it.  When she is not working you can find her reading at home with her two cats, Eudora and Gus, listening to musicals on repeat, on the tennis courts, at the movie theater, or traveling around the world (14 countries so far and counting!).
